Heidi serves as our Head of Property Management, overseeing all tenant relations and operational logistics for Spearium. Her unique management style was forged in the NHS, where she led teams through complex systemic changes. Her work in redesigning ward management protocols was so impactful it received direct commendation from the Director of Nursing and resulted in multiple management awards.
Now bringing those elite skills to Spearium, Heidi is known for her proactive approach to problem-solving. Her ability to navigate regulatory requirements and resolve conflict head-on ensures that our clients’ investments remain stable, compliant, and highly regarded by residents.
