  • The scope of works will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.

  • All cost projections are estimates unless contractually fixed.

  • Market valuations and resale expectations are not guaranteed outcomes.

6. Investment and Lending Opportunities

6.1 General Position

From time to time, Spearium Properties may discuss property investment opportunities, private lending arrangements, or joint venture structures.

Any such arrangement:

  • Is subject to formal written agreement

  • Must be independently reviewed by the investor’s solicitor

  • Will clearly outline risks, returns, timelines, and exit strategy
